 Synopsis
The story takes place in a remote little town where a terrible accident once occurred in the local mine. The culprit was a man named Tom (played by Jensen Ackles). Five innocent miners lost their lives beneath the rubble, and the only survivor, Harry, was rushed to the hospital in critical condition and fell into a coma. Overcome with guilt and self-blame, Tom chose to leave his hometown to escape the painful memories of the past. However, when he returned to his roots, he discovered that his former girlfriend, Sara (played by Jaime King), had married his friend, Axel. Tom realized that he still had lingering feelings for Sara, yet he could not change the painful situation he found himself in. Meanwhile, Harry, who wakes up in the hospital, armed with a pickaxe, is determined to carry out his plan for revenge.
