 Synopsis
The playwright Bairandu (played by Zheng Hao) has a completely opposite personality (played by Jia Wei), and the "two" form a complement to each other, becoming close confidants who share everything. However, in reality, Bairandu's neurotic behavior causes his relationship with his wife Lin Furong to deteriorate, leading their marriage to an eventual death. His ex-wife takes their 13-year-old daughter Zippo (played by Xiao Caiqi) and remarries, which becomes a lingering pain in Bairandu's heart. To repair his relationship with his daughter, he takes her to a villa located deep in the quiet hills on the outskirts to vacation. Zippo has an introverted personality, and the gardener Old Xu, who takes care of the villa, is also silent and gloomy.
