'Please Call Me Savior' tells the story of a struggling comic artist named Liu Shen (played by Zhang Yuxuan) who accidentally witnesses an invasion by alien apostles. At a critical moment, his high school goddess Wu Shaojun (played by Sun Shuang) pilots the Doomsday Mecha Unit 01 to save him. However, Earth cannot escape from the devastation caused by the apostles. To save the planet, Liu Shen time-travels back to his school days and begins his journey of rescue. Upon returning to high school, Liu Shen reunites with his former best friend Zhao Chengde (played by Ke Wenkang) and the goddess from his student days, Wu Shaojun. Determined to change his best friend’s bleak fate and pursue the girl of his dreams, the delinquent goddess Zheng Hao (played by Zheng Qiaohong), they embark on their own 'Youth Completion Plan' to save the goddess's life. During this process, the truth behind the apostolic invasion of Earth is gradually revealed. The film is a joint production by Rock Pictures, Jindouyun Film Industry, Sansheng Film, and Sina Games, in collaboration with the Sina Dawn mobile game, with an investment of millions and several months of intense shooting aimed at creating a benchmark sci-fi blockbuster.
