In the mysterious Wumong Spirit Valley, within a cave, is sealed the ancient fierce sword "Burning Silence," known for its immense power and said to be capable of unleashing a killing spree for its wielder. As the seal of "Burning Silence" is about to be broken, a group of men in black invade the Spirit Valley, brutally exterminating the Han family, the guardians of the fierce sword. Han family's descendant Han Yunxi (played by Li Yifeng) is saved by the Daoist Ziyin and taken back to Tianyong City.
