 Synopsis
Biologist Naoto Kuramaki (played by Toshiji Taniguchi) and his girlfriend Sayako Jujou (played by Yumi Yoshiyuki) venture into the Amazon jungle. They capture a strange creature, but despite warnings from a local shaman, the creature somehow enters Sayako's body during the chaos. From then on, she becomes a puppet of the monster. A year later in Japan, five young men and women: Saki Kiriyama (played by Sachika Uchiyama), Mari Akabane (played by Natsumi Mitsu), Ryoko Mikage (played by Sakiko Kaori), Hiroshi Omiya (played by Togo Okubo), and Akira Yono (played by Tomohiro Okada) go to the mountains for fun. They settle in an abandoned aquaculture research facility. The naive youths accidentally awaken the sleeping Sayako (the monster), and a night of bloody killings ensues...
