The police duo 'Marksman' Chan Kin-chong (played by Jacky Cheung) and 'Curry Chicken' Cheung Lei-ki (played by Tony Leung) are quite frivolous in personality, and their bold methods of handling cases often trouble their superior, 'King of Guns' Lam Ho-ying (played by Lam Ching-ying). Chan's cousin from Guangzhou, Chia Cheung (played by Chang Kwan-tin), and his cousin Chia Hei (played by Loletta Lee) come to Hong Kong and temporarily stay at Chan's home. Chia Cheung has been very strict in disciplining Chia Hei over the years, causing the perfectly normal teenage girl to exhibit strange behavior and even a tendency for self-destruction. Chan and Cheung then devise a plan to help Chia Hei regain her true nature. On the other hand, underworld figure Lau Tin-ho kills his older brother to take over his position, and the case is assigned to Lam Ho-ying.
