Wen Hui (played by Gigi Leung) and her fiancé are both renowned lawyers, living a life of the upper class. One day, when Yao Long (played by Donnie Yen) visits the law firm to handle his divorce, he witnesses a robbery where a large sum of US dollars mysteriously disappears. Another witness is Wen Hui, who is his wife’s lawyer. Due to a misunderstanding, Yao Long and Wen Hui are wanted by the police as robbers, while the actual robbers, who failed to retrieve the money, suspect that Yao Long and Wen Hui have pocketed it and send people to hunt them down.
