One day in 2013, Ryan (played by Chris J. Murray) moved into a big house with his wife Emily (played by Brittany Shaw) and their well-behaved and adorable eight-year-old daughter Layla (played by Ivy George). With Christmas approaching, the atmosphere was cheerful and joyful. Ryan unexpectedly dug out an old video camera, hoping to record every happy moment of the family, but little did he know that strange occurrences would start happening in the house from the very first day he turned it on. As night fell, his daughter began to exhibit bizarre behavior. At the same time, Ryan and his brother Mike (played by Dan Gill) discovered some old videotapes recorded by the house's previous owners twenty years ago, and the contents left them stunned. An 'invisible' entity that only the daughter and the camera could see would turn Ryan's family's life upside down...
