After joining forces to defeat Ma Jiao Wen, King (played by Andy Lau) and Hua Gu Long (played by Tony Leung) teamed up with Hua Gu Long's cousin Ah Le (played by Chan Bak Cheung) to trick the villain Da Yan Wen out of some money. Just when they were about to enjoy their winnings, Da Yan Wen captured Hua Gu Long. King and Ah Le were then brought to meet with senior officials from the Chinese side, who assigned them to Las Vegas to capture the big scammer Peter Zhu (played by Damian Lau). To save Hua Gu Long, King accepted the mission and headed to Las Vegas. In Las Vegas, Xiao Xin (played by Yu Fang) and Ah Bian (played by Lin Xi Lei) were both eager to find a wealthy husband and eventually joined King's team of scammers. They finally encountered Peter, leading to multiple deceptions and growing hostility between the two sides. King used Ah Bian as bait to successfully lure Peter, and they traveled via desert roads to Los Angeles, during which Peter made several attempts to escape. A fierce battle broke out in the desert. Peter's men even used a helicopter for a rescue, but thankfully King outsmarted them and successfully brought Peter back to Hong Kong.
