At a White House dinner, President Bush hosted world leaders, including the elderly detective Frank (played by Leslie Nielsen), who was honored for killing a thousand drug dealers, along with leaders from the energy sector. During the event, the president announced that Dr. Maimhan, who studies new energy sources, would formulate the government’s energy policy, which alarmed the energy leaders who had profited from oil and nuclear power. That night, Dr. Maimhan's research institute was bombed, and Frank and others rushed to the scene, only to unexpectedly reunite with Jan (played by Priscilla Presley), who they had previously broken up with. It turned out that Jan had been working at Dr. Maimhan's institute for two years and had a new boyfriend—Kuntun, from the energy sector. While investigating the bomb attacker, Frank discovered that Kuntun was actually the mastermind behind it all. At that moment, Kuntun was planning to kidnap Dr. Maimhan and use a lookalike to advise the president to develop nuclear energy. Once again, Frank stepped in, using his unique talent for messing things up to save the future of the country.
