Unsuccessful war photographer Mehmet and his journalist friend Iker join a German team where they meet activist Zeynep, who has illegally crossed the Turkish border to investigate a village called Yazdi. The village was then raided by an extremist terrorist group, killing some of its team members and capturing Zeynep and others. Zeynep and Iker were tortured because of their special status, while Mehmet escaped the attack and managed to survive on his own. In order to save himself and his friends, Mehmet had only one option, and that was to infiltrate the organization and pretend to be one of them.
