 Synopsis
On July 19, 2002, a young man named Simon Cable (played by Ryan Phillippe) wakes up from a coma. He had been admitted to the hospital the previous night due to stomach cramps, only to find that he has no memory of the past two years, with his recollection frozen in 2000. During this time, the beautiful and gentle Claire (played by Sarah Polley) and the cold Anna (played by Piper Perabo), who claims to be his wife, visit him. The words and behaviors of the two women, along with their descriptions of the past, make him feel uneasy. Simon believes he is caught in a conspiracy and that someone is harming him. He insists on undergoing a full medical examination. However, when he wakes up again, he finds himself back on July 3, 2000, and this bizarre time leap prompts him to remember everything that has happened over the past two years.
