"The Maid" is the second feature film of Chilean young director Sebastin; Siva.The protagonist of the story is a maid who has served the owner for 23 years.Chilean maid Raquel (Catalina Saavedra) is a servant of a traditional middle-class family in Chile.She took care of the whole family alone. Every day the alarm clock rang, and she started a busy day, cooking, washing, cleaning, and taking care of three little boys who were spoiled by her, and two big girls who opposed her.She has served in this family for 23 years and knows the secrets of everyone in the family. Just like a member of this family, even the owner respects her three points.The hostess was considerate of Raquel's hard work and decided to find an assistant for her.However, work is the whole of Raquel's life, and this field cannot tolerate others' cross-border. She does her best to get rid of the new maid.Until the bringing of the kind and innocent new maid Lucy, Raquel's self-inhibited heart opened a door.
