The film is based on a true story. Ebony Jackson is a single mother struggling against her inner demons. She moves her family into a new home to start a new life. However, when strange occurrences in the house raise suspicions from child protective services and threaten the family, Ebony quickly finds herself in a battle for her life and the souls of her children.
