 Synopsis
In the extremely cold Alaskan wilderness, where ice and snow dominate, a group of criminals and other illegal individuals from various places join an oil company to work in this harsh land. John Ottway (played by Liam Neeson) is the company's guardian hunter, responsible for hunting wolves to protect the workers from harm. He misses his wife day and night and has long lost hope. One day, the plane he and the workers were on crashes, and when he wakes up again, he finds himself in the blizzard-swept ice fields. Six others who survived the crash with him are Hendrick (Dallas Roberts), Diaz (Frank Grillo), Burke (Nonso Anozie), Talgett (Dermot Mulroney), Flannery (Joe Anderson), and Hernandez (Ben Bray). Although they have temporarily escaped, as long as rescue does not arrive, their lives remain in danger. The seven survivors, each with different personalities, are about to embark on a seemingly never-ending survival journey.
