This film is a remake of the 2005 Danish film of the same name, telling the story of a veteran who returns from Afghanistan and gets dragged into a bank robbery by his brother. When things go horribly wrong, they hijack an ambulance, only to find that a medical staff member is already inside, providing emergency care to a patient, creating a tense atmosphere. As the situation escalates, old conflicts between the brothers resurface, and they must struggle to survive in a harsh environment.
