Action movie star Billy (played by Bruce Lee & Tang Long) has recently been frequently harassed. It turns out that the evil group leader Dr. Rand intends to control the international fighting competition held in Macau, hoping that Billy will join them. However, Billy's refusal enrages them. While out with his singer girlfriend An, they are ambushed and beaten by Rand's group, but Billy decides to resist, having to endure the situation out of concern for his girlfriend's safety. Soon, Billy is attacked on set and suffers facial injuries, but he uses this to his advantage by leaking false death news to keep Rand off guard. During the fighting competition, Billy infiltrates Macau and defeats Rand's fighters, leading to the failure of their plans. Subsequently, Billy heads alone to Rand's group's central building, facing multiple challenges to avenge his enemies... The film was completed using footage shot by Bruce Lee before his death, with most of Billy's scenes played by Tang Long.
