This drama tells the story of Riko Komukai, who works as a temp in Tokyo, caught between her capable older sister and her free-spirited younger sister, making her the average second daughter of the Komukai family. With the death of their grandfather as a catalyst, the three Komukai sisters gather together, reuniting with their family after 4 years. While sorting through her grandfather's belongings, Riko discovers an unfinished plastic model and meets Yasu at the 'Yajima Model Shop,' a place her grandfather frequently visited. With his guidance, she starts to try making plastic models. Through this hobby, Riko begins to understand her grandfather and her family a little better, and she decides to stay in her hometown during the summer to fill her grandfather's regrets.
