 Synopsis
An incredible hellish scene unfolds in front of the crowd in downtown Seoul. Mysterious beings pronounce people guilty, sentencing them to hell for punishment. At the designated time, these otherworldly creatures appear to execute the condemned by burning them alive. Amid the chaos caused by these perplexing supernatural events, the leader of the emerging religious organization 'New Truth Sect,' Jeong Jin-soo, speaks with authority. He claims that only the guilty will be sentenced, and that these events represent the sacred will that regulates human behavior. His blind followers take it upon themselves to punish those who go against divine will. The world has turned into a hell on earth. Lawyer Min Hye-jin challenges Chairman Jeong's authority, asserting that the hellish scenes are merely supernatural phenomena. She joins a small group of people trying to protect the 'guilty' to restore the world to human realms, rather than under the control of the divine. They rise up against the chaos incited by the 'New Truth Sect.'
