Edward, who has a giant tumor on his face, dreams of becoming an actor but feels inferior due to his appearance. Even though he admires his beautiful neighbor Ingrid, he only dares to hide his feelings in his heart. Until a surgical experiment transforms him and gives him a handsome face, Edward decides to change his name and start a new life. Unexpectedly, a play based on his former self is in rehearsal, with none other than Ingrid directing it. He wears a mask to secure the role that rightfully belongs to him. After much effort, he finally gets to be close to the goddess, but during the performance, a rival appears. What he thought was a dream come true quickly turns into a nightmare.
