After the early death of his father, a little boy lives with his grieving stepmother in a country villa. The stepmother is engulfed in an indescribable pain, putting their already fragile family bond at risk of collapse. Soon, the boy begins to hear disturbing sounds echoing in the corridor and is quickly haunted by a strange creature that resembles his father. The stepmother tells the boy that it is all in his imagination, but when this strange creature starts causing trouble, their lives begin to spiral out of control.
