In the desolate winter, on an isolated island, an environmental agency intern encounters a gloomy vagrant man who seeks death, and they decide to give each other a chance. They agree on four principles for their relationship: no drugs; no vomiting; no lying; no dying. However, they soon discover that it is difficult to adhere to these principles. Director Tim Staffel, previously a novelist, makes his directorial debut with 'West Wind Island.' He incorporates 'death aesthetics' into the film, exploring the emptiness behind love.
