Yong Chun's founding master, Yan Yongchun (played by Bai Jing), along with her father, who was once a lay disciple of Shaolin, were falsely accused and had to move their family from Guangdong to the Dabie Mountains in Sichuan, making a living by running a tofu restaurant. Yan Yongchun is lively and combative, often using the martial arts taught by her father to fight in the streets.
