In the future world, women rely on artificial insemination to reproduce. Men have become reproductive tools, and due to the declining birth rate, humanity is on the brink of extinction. Maki and Shin, who are a loving couple, embark on a journey to the food-rich Amazon City in search of a glimmer of hope. Maki, as an artificial insemination expert, is welcomed by the Amazonian warriors, but the men are either slaughtered or castrated. To save her husband and escape, Maki decides to betray the Amazon City and join forces with the cruel enemy.
