An old cinema is about to shut down, and the projectionist, Teiichi Zakemura (played by Nobumitsu Ohnishi), seems unaffected by the impending closure, continuing his work to arrange the film screenings. One day, he suddenly sees the image of a girl in black (played by Iori) on the screen. Afterward, Zakemura checks the film, but finds no trace of the girl in black. A few days later, after the screening, he sees the girl again in the audience. He waits in the break room outside, but the girl does not come out. He tries to search for her and seems to be lured by the girl's phantom, gradually walking toward the riverbank. In this process, lost memories begin to resurface, while suddenly, a gorgeous and mysterious flower blooms above the girl's head nearby...
