In 1936, waitress Abe Sadako (played by Aya Sugimoto) and her lover Ishida Kichizo (played by Nakayama Tatsuya) were involved in a passionate affair. One day, while Kichizo was asleep, Sadako strangled him, then severed his genitals and carved the words "Sadako and Kichizo" onto his corpse. This shocking act sent waves across Japan, becoming another sensational incident following the "February 26 Incident" of that year. Fast forward to the present, photographer Ishida (Nakayama Tatsuya) is taking erotic photos by the seaside when he unexpectedly encounters a mysterious old gentleman, Omiya (Uchida Yuya). Led by Omiya, Ishida arrives at a secluded, remote villa. The old man is always probing into the extremes of desire and flesh; he asks Ishida to take nude photos of his young, beautiful wife, Abe Sadako (Aya Sugimoto). When Ishida and Sadako meet, the flames of their long-buried desires are reignited...
