This film can be called the sister piece of "Beauty Organs". It was written and directed by Yoshihiro Nishimura in 1986 and released by Nikkatsu, considered an alternative pink film with cult spirit. The film is based on sexual activities while also mixing in horror, fantasy, gory violence, and other B-movie elements. The term "virgin organ" in the title does not solely refer to the genitalia of a virgin or the hymen; the literal translation actually means internal organs. The film's poster features sensual illustrations reminiscent of the style of Suehiro Maruo, depicting a virgin seemingly offered as a sacrificial object to demons, played by Sayaka Murata. However, the film differs from Katsu Numata's sadomasochistic pink films and is not in the violent pink film genre influenced by realism by Kōji Tanaka. As a horror film, "Virgin Organ" approaches the Hollywood B-movie's appealing sensations of gore and brutal murder, all while being cloaked in a heavy layer of pink aesthetics. In the story, a photography group composed of three men and three women, consisting of a photographer and female models, goes to a remote area for a shoot. Due to heavy fog, they get lost in the forest and accidentally stumble upon an abandoned villa, deciding to stay there for the night. Bored, both parties feel sexual urges, but after a night of intimacy, danger arises as they are attacked by a "monster" similar to a primitive man. The men are killed one by one, while the models are raped and then murdered!
