A year has passed since the Chaos Arena was destroyed, and Asahi and Sakura are currently on an abandoned street on a man-made island floating at the top of Tokyo Bay. It is a massive box-shaped island built by the government, known as 'Tokyo Kingdom.' It was once hoped to become a second city center floating on the sea, but it failed to attract businesses. The only way to travel to and from the island is via the 10-kilometer-long Tokyo Kingdom Bridge from Honshu. Unfortunately, this narrow road is the gateway for the hellish residents, attracting anarchists, criminals, and even illegal immigrants, turning the streets of this maritime city into a world-renowned refuge. Although the streets are abandoned, there is still a semblance of order, despite being a breeding ground for crime. The center has a commercial district and is also home to one of the largest brothels in Asia. In this environment where only the strong survive, the ability to live here requires people to be careful when befriending the strong.
