This drama is adapted from a Korean manhua of the same name, telling the story of a young man named Ling Ying, who was born into a family of entrepreneurs and has always walked the path of a perfect life. One day, he unexpectedly falls into a coma due to a sudden accident. On the other hand, Natsumi Morikawa encounters another accident at the same time as Ling Ying and also falls into a coma. Miraculously, they both wake up a few weeks later and are discharged safely. However, Ling Ying, who has turned into a ghost, waits at home and is told about an 'unsettled debt of life' that he has not experienced.
