Alien Daniel (played by Alex Pettyfer) and children who share the same fate escape to Earth to evade the pursuit of the Mogadorians, who are invading their planet. For years, Daniel constantly senses the deaths of his companions. To survive, he lives a life of exile, accompanied by his protector, Henry. In Paradise Town, Daniel encounters the beautiful girl Sarah (played by Dianna Agron) and meets the timid and cowardly yet alien-obsessed Sam (played by Callan McAuliffe). The terrifying Mogadorians eventually find Daniel's whereabouts, and this time, Daniel chooses not to flee; he decides to use his gradually growing superpowers to defeat the enemy. However, defeating the powerful Mogadorians is not easy... This film is adapted from the first part of a comic book series and is produced by Michael Bay, the director of the 'Transformers' series.
