A hundred years ago, on a hot and windless night, Chen Ahai was bathing by the well when he was attacked while chasing after a flower thief, unjustly dying in the process. After his death, Ahai's soul was trapped in Magong City, yearning to clear his name. However, without any clothes to wear, Ahai could only look to the sky, lamenting and calling out for clothes... A century later, Ahai's descendant, Fugyuan, who serves as the temple committee chair, is eager to revive his career in the entertainment industry. Yet, he finds himself unable to break free from the temple's lacking successors. His passionate niece, Keke, gathers four good friends—Kunsong, Fengkui, and Kenan—to help him. Unexpectedly, Kunsong begins to see Ahai's spirit, who requests Kunsong's help in finding his murderer. Along with Keke's parents, Jinwen and Chanel, who traveled back from Kaohsiung to help in Magong, this group causes a stir in the once peaceful Magong City while attempting to release Ahai's spirit and recruit successors for the temple. The film's story revolves around a vengeful ghost, Ahai, who was wrongfully killed during the Japanese occupation and trapped in Magong City. With the help of his descendants, he resolves his grievances and ultimately lets go of his grudges, vowing to protect future generations, bringing the story to a fulfilling conclusion.
