Former Interpol officer Jin Lv (played by Bruce Khan) was sentenced to life imprisonment in the AP101 isolation area for death row inmates across 12 Asian countries for the murder of a crime syndicate leader named Carlos Kun. Fully bound, Jin Lv has just arrived at this isolated island when he witnesses a scene where Mo Li (played by Yin Zhenxu) and her daughter Zhen are being chased by a group of thugs. Jin Lv is taciturn, but his skills are exceptional, as he quickly deals with the minor threats before him. Zhen learns that Jin Lv's purpose is to continue searching for Carlos Kun, and she requests that he take her injured mother back to camp in exchange for revealing Kun's hiding place. After some detours, they return to a habitat of small-time players. When Mo Li wakes up, she is surprised to find that the person who saved her, Jin Lv, is the same police officer who brought her here.
