The film is set against the backdrop of the mysterious Bottle Mountain in Xiangxi half a century after the events of "Partridge Call" and "Chen Yulou's Expedition." It tells the story of Hu Bayi, who, after returning from the Dragon Ridge Maze, leads the Tomb Raiding Iron Triangle back to Xiangxi's Bottle Mountain to find the long-lost six-winged centipede from the legends of the martial arts world, in order to obtain a life-saving elixir to save the critically poisoned big golden tooth.
