 Synopsis
In 2069, the clean energy revolution was complete, and the moon became an ideal place to solve Earth's energy crisis. An international energy group’s lunar transport ship was ambushed, and the new nuclear material He-3 it was carrying was hijacked by KSTAN, a mad scientist who had previously defected from the energy group. KSTAN intended to use He-3 along with hydrogen isotopes to complete his mech core in order to destroy the energy group. As a result, the hydrogen isotope mixers that had already entered the black market became a common target for three forces: the International Energy Group (a tech commercial organization), the East Asia Security Joint Department (a government agency), and the Black Dawn organization led by KSTAN (a terrorist organization).
