Synopsis

90-year-old Naoki Prize-winning author Aiko Sato has now laid down her pen, living a leisurely life with her daughter and granddaughter. One day, a middle-aged editor invited her to write an essay. Aiko initially rejected his proposal, but he visited her every day with gifts, and she was eventually moved by his enthusiasm. The editor reignited his passion for work, but in doing so, he neglected his family, leading his wife to file for divorce. Aiko's collection of essays became a bestseller and was beloved by many. She and the editor became a tacit working partnership, but how will they deal with their own lives?
