 Synopsis
"The Crybaby Pierrot's Wedding" is a pure love movie starring Mirai Shida and Ryo Ryusei. It is based on the true experiences of the original author of the parody comedy master, Miyuki Mochizuki, who, after getting married, faced the heartbreaking separation from her beloved husband just 50 days later. Through the sorrow of her husband's passing, Miyuki Mochizuki realized the power and significance of a smile. Mirai Shida, in her first serious challenge in a romantic film, plays the protagonist Kanami Serizawa, who must face painful reality with a smile. "The Crybaby Pierrot's Wedding" will be released in a limited screening in Shinjuku, Tokyo, and other locations starting September 24, 2016.
