The story takes place in 1952. The situation in Vietnam is tense, and unrest and war are about to break out.Aiden (Brendan Fraser) is a staff member sent to Vietnam by a US aid organization. He witnessed all the happenings in Vietnam. Aiden is full of enthusiasm and hopes that he can do something here. After that, Aiden met a man named Thomas (Michael Caine).
