Under the leadership of Duke (played by Channing Tatum), the special forces dealt a heavy blow to the terrorist organization "Cobra." Although the Cobra commander and other central figures were apprehended, key members like the White Ghost (played by Lee Byung-hun) remained at large, always ready to launch counterattacks against the special forces and the world. After swiftly resolving a nuclear crisis in a certain Middle Eastern country, the special forces suddenly suffered a devastating blow from the U.S. government, resulting in the heroic deaths of Duke and other team members. Only Roadblock (played by Dwayne Johnson), Lady Jaye (played by Adrianne Palicki), and Flint (played by D.J. Cotrona) managed to escape. It turned out that Cobra had already infiltrated the U.S. high levels, using this opportunity to tarnish the special forces' reputation and frame one of its key members, Snake Eyes, in order to locate and rescue the imprisoned commander.
