The story takes place in Hong Kong under British rule in the 1970s. Wan Tianying, backed by the British, behaves tyrannically and forces good people into prostitution. The owner of the restaurant, Sister Tie (played by Xu Dongdong), leads her subordinate employees, including Little Leopard (played by Xie Miao), to confront the evil forces to avenge her husband, ultimately restoring peace and tranquility to Hong Kong.
