 Synopsis
Gotham City, once rampant with crime, seems to have finally undergone a new change since Bruce Wayne (voiced by Peter Weller) decided to return as Batman. The mutant gang leader Two-Face has been eliminated, but the former gang has transformed into Bat-Fanatics, executing violent judgments on good and evil actions. Consequently, Batman's extralegal actions have sparked widespread controversy, even reaching the White House, and the new police chief of Gotham has expressed discontent regarding his presence. At a time of increased tensions between the U.S. and the Soviet Union, Superman (voiced by Mark Valley) is caught in the conflict, and Batman and this former ally part ways due to their differing ideologies. Meanwhile, the Joker (voiced by Michael Emerson) makes a loud comeback, invited to participate in a television interview, which actually conceals a new conspiracy. To stop the Joker's destruction, Batman and the new generation of Robin break through numerous obstacles and charge towards their adversary...
