 Synopsis
The story is set in the year 2050, where BrightSTAR Corporation launches the spacecraft The Udo. The mission of the spacecraft is to terraform the dwarf planet Ceres using experimental nanotechnology, making its climate, temperature, and ecology similar to that of Earth. The Udo is equipped with microphones and many cameras to document the psychological changes of the five crew members during this deep space journey. Dr. Ada Gray is a space biologist and the inventor of the experimental nanotechnology, accompanied by Commander Phil King, Tom, the sarcastic Mitch Poe, and the handsome French pilot Evan Durand. Although Evan is married, he and Dr. Ada Gray have a strong mutual attraction. Throughout this multi-year space journey, their relationship is under increasing pressure like being placed in a pressure cooker. An accident leads to the crew being trapped in several escape pods, communicating only through images, creating a tense atmosphere that is about to erupt. Worse still, the technological monsters they created themselves threaten their lives.
