Qi (played by Simon Yam) is a professional pickpocket. One day, before leaving home, a sparrow flies into his house and refuses to leave, lingering in the dimly lit room. During lunch with his partners, Qi asks about the symbolic meaning of the sparrow's arrival, and his friend jokingly says it’s a bad omen. Qi and his three brothers make a living by stealing in the streets of Hong Kong, riding a bicycle together, swaying awkwardly, which adds a touch of brotherly camaraderie. Qi enjoys capturing the street scenes, and on this day, a hurried woman named Zhen Zhenni (played by Lin Xilei) catches his eye, and he quickly captures her beauty on camera. Coincidentally, his three brothers get entangled with the same enchanting woman, who always walks briskly, but the four brothers are captivated by her. It is not until they are severely punished that they realize Zhenni is the mistress of a wealthy businessman, Mr. Fu (played by Lu Haipeng), who wants to retrieve her passport from him to regain her freedom. These four brothers decide to take a risk for her, without any particular reason. However, Mr. Fu is also an old hand in the underworld, and a showdown is about to begin.
