Synopsis

The conflict between gods and demons has continued for a thousand years. Asura, the Saintess of Hell (played by Ye Yunyi), becomes embroiled in the war between the two realms, but she falls in love with the bright and joyful human world. She pleads with Master Cikong (played by Sheng Xintaro) for a chance to stay in the human realm. Compassionate Cikong sends his disciples, Jixiangguo (played by Abe Hiroshi) and Kongque (played by Yuan Biao), to protect Asura for one week until she returns to the demon realm. Asura and her two 'bodyguards' find her beloved pet and partner, Xigui, in the demon realm. However, at this moment, the demon queen tries to absorb Asura's vital energy to take her place in the demon realm, leading her ghostly minions to attack Asura. Xigui is tragically petrified, and in a bid to save Xigui, Kongque is also frozen. Asura and Jixiangguo meet an inventor and his sister (played by Li Lizhen). While Xigui is recovering, they temporarily stay at the inventor's house, as the date for Asura's return to the demon realm approaches, and the demon queen still does not give up on her plan to replace Asura...
