In a large hospital in Hong Kong, Chief Surgeon Tong Qian (played by Zhao Wei) has just completed her routine rounds. The series of surgeries has left her extremely tense, and the unsatisfactory postoperative conditions of some patients have added immense pressure to her mental state. At this moment, a man suffering from a gunshot wound is urgently brought to the hospital. His name is Zhang Lixin (played by Wallace Chung), a highly intelligent criminal who is bold and cunning.
