Tian Tai Love

In the comic-like bustling city of Galilee, there lives a group of 'rooftop people' who lead a frugal yet happy life on the rooftops of the city's buildings. Among them are a few charming and kind rooftop boys: Langzi Gao (played by Jay Chou), Hei Lun (played by Ke You Lun), Dan Hua (played by Song Jian Zhang), and Hua Cai Cai (played by Huang Jun Lang). They were raised by Sister Mo (played by Xu Fan) and work at Uncle Bo's (played by Zeng Zhi Wei) pharmacy. Trouble arises when Hei Lun angers a colleague, Hong Mao (played by Huang Huai Chen), while helping Brother Lei (played by Wang Xue Qi) collect rent for the mafia-like 'City Living Association.' This incident affects several friends. Meanwhile, Langzi Gao coincidentally meets his long-time crush, the star Xin Ai (played by Li Xin Ai), and develops feelings for her over time. However, Xin Ai's boss, Wei Shao (played by Qiu Kai Wei), out of jealousy, stirs trouble and collaborates with Hong Mao against Langzi Gao and his friends, leading to a bloody conflict. At a critical moment, Langzi Gao faces a significant choice between his love and his friends. This film is the second movie directed, starred in, and written by Jay Chou, following 'Secret That Cannot Be Told.'
