In the 1980s, the notorious 'no man's land' of Kowloon Walled City was plagued by gangsters, creating a perilous environment. The down-and-out youth Chen Luojun (played by Lin Feng) accidentally stumbled in while fleeing and was unexpectedly rescued by the 'big shot' Tornado (played by Louis Koo), leading to a deep brotherly bond. Meanwhile, the villainous gang that had been eyeing the walled city for a long time launched a series of brutal attacks to seize it, igniting a passionate battle to defend their home! This film is based on the original novel 'Kowloon Walled City' by Yu Er.
