In the season of cherry blossoms, the introverted girl Yuina Ichihara (played by Riko Fukumoto) becomes friends with Akari Yamamoto (played by Minami Hamabe), who has transferred schools multiple times due to family issues. Coincidentally, the two girls happen to live in the same apartment building. Yuina's heartstrings are tugged by Akari's non-blood-related younger brother, Ria (played by Takumi Kitamura), who resembles the prince from a picture book. However, as Yuina interacts with Ria, she reluctantly discovers that this sunny boy harbors a love that he cannot easily express. On the other hand, Yuina's childhood friend, Kinase Akira (played by Eiji Akaso), develops feelings for Akari, but an event he accidentally witnesses forces him to suppress his feelings. As spring flowers bloom and summer rains pour, the emotions of the boys and girls become intertwined and chaotic... This film is adapted from the manga of the same name by Io Sakisaka.
