Zuo Hao (played by Zhang Ziwen) lives in the bustling metropolis of Shanghai, possessing favorable economic conditions and an enviable job. However, beneath the glamorous exterior, Zuo Hao is constantly tormented by deep frustration and emptiness within his heart. At the same time, his best friend tragically dies in an accident, which hits Zuo Hao hard. He decides to temporarily set aside his work and embark on a journey of self-discovery to free his soul. Vivian (played by Ren Rongxuan) is an editor for a travel website, whose daily work involves traveling between various tourist destinations to write travelogues. In reality, this lifestyle of being constantly on the move has long tired and unsettled Vivian; both her body and soul yearn for a place to find rest. Fate brings this pair of drastically different individuals together by the azure sea.
