The wealthy gentry Ren Fa (played by Huang Xia) had his father threaten and entice to acquire a piece of prime feng shui land. After consulting a feng shui master, his father moved the grave twenty years after burial to benefit his descendants. However, Uncle Jiu (played by Lam Ching Ying) discovered that the feng shui master had personal grievances with the Ren family and had tampered with the grave, resulting in the decomposition of Ren's father's body after twenty years. Uncle Jiu suggested cremation on the spot, and only after Ren's plea was the body moved to a mortuary. Despite careful monitoring, Ren's father transformed into a zombie and killed his son Ren Fa.
