Disenchanted New York detective Andre Davis (played by Chadwick Boseman) is unexpectedly assigned to track down the murderer behind a major drug-related homicide case. In this shocking case, eight police officers have been brutally murdered. In order to catch the killer quickly, Davis initiates the first-ever full lockdown of Manhattan in history, prohibiting entry and exit through all 21 bridges connecting the island to the outside world. However, the lockdown only lasts four hours, and Davis must apprehend the killer before dawn! During the tense manhunt, Davis discovers that the killer is also being hunted, and there may be a colossal conspiracy hidden behind this case. He must identify the murderer and uncover the truth before everything becomes irreparable.
